Production Operative – Clevedon

Contract type:  Temporary to Permanent Rate:  £11.44p/h

GBRS are looking for Production Operatives to work in a well known, local company in Clevedon. This is a temp to perm position, where you will become a permanent member of the team after around 12 weeks/3 months.

The rate is starting at £11.44p/h.

Normal working hours – Monday to Friday – 08:00am – 16:30pm 

This is a straight-forward production role in a factory, working on machines, using hand tools (power drills etc) to assemble parts. This is a welcoming working environment and a friendly team. Full training will be given.

Cleaner – Basingstoke

Contract type:  Temporary Rate:  £14.50p/h - £15.00p/h

GBRS are currently looking for a Cleaner to work with our client in Basingstoke – this is a Solar Farm Project, keeping the offices/canteen/toilets etc clean and tidy.

This is a part-time position, working between Mon-Fri and flexible hours – long term work. Paid weekly.

Car Mechanic – Eastleigh, Southampton

Contract type:  Permanent Rate:  £24,500 - £42,000p/a

GBRS are currently looking for various Mechanics to work with our client in Eastleigh, they are a leading Vehicle Preparation Center.

We currently have vacancies for Lvl 2 & Lvl 3 Mechanics, MOT testers and Master Technicians.

Duties will vary based on experience & position:

• Lvl 2 Entry-level – Completing mechanical inspection checks
• Lvl 3 Advanced – Undertake all mechanical work identified during initial inspections
• MOT Testers – Perform MOT’s on all vehicles
• Master Tech – Vastly skilled in repair, diagnosis, EV & electrical repairs

These are permanent positions, working on a 5/5/4 shift pattern from 6am – 6pm (5 on 5 off / 5 on 5 off / 4 on 4 off).

Construction Project Manager – WSM

Contract type:  Permanent Rate:  £50,000p/a

GBRS are currently looking for experienced construction Project Managers to work with our client, who are based in Weston-super-Mare. This is a friendly and progressive company with a newly refurbished, wonderful office space.

This is a full-time, salaried position – mainly working in the offices in Weston, with site visits as required. Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00.

The main responsibilities of this role are to:

• Lead and assist in development of projects and programs that will establish quality objectives.
• Manage teams through all phases of cycle development, including analysis, project design and development, testing periods, installation, and final delivery.
• Oversee a department and team of project managers, including budget management, scheduling, and risk analysis.
• Interface directly with managers, employees, vendors, and others to clearly define project requirements and expectations.
• Create a work plan that includes a schedule, milestones, control, and risk factors.
